    Good to be Here

    Hey everyone, great to be here. I'm not new to training or fitness at all as I am a member of US Army Special Operations and a lifetime athlete. I'm here because you're never "finished" working out and everybody has something new to learn and usually something to teach as well. I look forward to new exercises, tips and general info. My current stats are:

    Height- 6'1
    Weight- 185
    Body Fat%- 6%

    I am currently "bulking up" and have upped my calories to 5500 a day and 350g protein per day. My current goal is to hit 205lbs.

    Bench Press- 320
    Squat- 355
    Military- 245
    Deadlift- 305

    (due to training I haven't been hitting legs as I should but now I am fully back into it)

    I look forward to the good info and tips here. Thanks to all!
