    Hi all

Hey everyone, i'm new to this side of the world of bodybuilding but after training hard for about 5 years, i think i've reached a plateau and its time for something else. I'm 6ft tall, 193lbs. About 19% bf. Looking to drop as much bf as possible, and probably gain a little more muscle as well. Anyone with any good first cycle recommendations?? The only side effect i am mainly concerned about is liver damage, i'm a medical student and know how serious these can turn out.

Feel free to recommend anything u think suitable.

    Thanks

    Welcome to the forums.

At 6ft, 193ibs, 19%bf, and 5 years of hard training and you've reached a plateau.

Maybe change up your workout, some diet changes, a little time off of training.

Some info on your current workout with how long you have been using it and if less than a month, then whatever your workout was before that.

Your current calorie intake would also be helpful.

There are a lot of members with many years of experience here that can help.
