Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forum and was wondering if anyone knows a good place to find a basic mass gaining diet with a guide of what foods and how much/how often to eat them as im struggling to find one that i dont have to enter my credit card details for.
I have a fast metabolism, I'm simply looking for a rough guide that i can try and tweak myself for better results after using it to work from.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Mass diet, with fast met right? Eat everything you can, don't eat crap, eat everything you can get your hands on! And eat all the time, all the time, really, don't stop eating. Eat and lift, and sleep.
