Hi I am new as well. I join over a year ago as mate of mine leg press who a member told me about it. I am young lady of 30 been overweight for years and over last year and half have turn that around by diet and training really hard. I lost 5stone overall and lost 4/5 dress sizes am very happy with that result but I am not in a stage where losing weight is easy its a matter of diet but its toning up. I join I am not sure if I am only woman on this site and if it be useful but I going to give it a go.
