I just wanted to say hello to everyone, andthat I could use some help with my training, and the right anabolics to jump start this 49 yr old frame 6ft-3in 215lbs. I am really solid with my legs, arms, and neck with exception to size. My series begins with my chest, back, and abs. It seems that no matter what I do...I just cannot gain the proper muscle def. in these spots. I know diet is 80% of it, but it seems like these muscles are fading with age. I could use a lil help with some type of an anabolic begining. i am not looking for competition results...just some muscle cpr...lol.
Welcome to the board. I hear what you mean, the older I get the less gains I see, and the more pains I feel. Look around and I am sure you will find some great info to help you get to where you want to be
