Hello,
I am a Mod on another forum. Not here to spam, just checking out your site. This forum is very well laid out. I plan on spending some time here, checking it out.
I also plan to compete in my first competition next year.
I'm 5'11", 200lbs, currently 9% bf, well versed in diet, training, and AAS.
