I have been working out on and off for almost 22years and dont think have even missed one gym session in last 2 years.
I am the strongest i have ever been but do feel i have come to a sticking point.
Decided to join a couple of forums to ask a few question about starting down the steroid cycling route and liked the look of this place.
I am strictly old school in the way that i train which is hard and heavy and almost exclusively compound.
