Hi all, I just wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. I'm Getbig40, 41yrs old. I'm joining this community to learn all I can and also share my experiences as I go along. I am currently getting ready for 2nd bodybuilding show, but I could definitely use some work. I'm 5' 9", 180lbs, I've done plenty of research and have a good knowledge of how to get where I want to be, but I can never learn enough. I look forward to meeting you all around the boards.
