hello
miguel is my name I am 22 years old and this is my first message I write, despite I have been a member here for a while.
I've been training a while with pretty good results. In 2010 I went down 46 kg in one year for those of you who wondered how much I weighed! I weighed 132kg.
Now I have new goals, I want to be big and strong and have been thinking of starting with powerlifting.
anyone with good advice on exercise programs and diet?
Hey there! Diet is really whatever work to keep you growing. GOMAD will make you grow like nothing else though. Lean chicken breast is also great. If you wanna do powerlifting, starting strength looks like a good place to start! Starting Strength Wiki
Welcome! 46kgs? thats a bit over a 100 lbs for us non metric folks which is a lot of weight to cut off in a years time, I'd probably ensure your lipid profile is in order before you do anything more too drastic, of course you can completely disregard this if you want to, to each their own
