Hi all from the Land of the long white cloud
Hey everybody how are you all, hope training and life are treating you all well.
Im 32 with a wife and 2 kiddies and have been training hard for the last 8 months 6 days a week at the gym.
I just competed in my first bodybuilding comp a couple weeks ago and am bloody stoked to say I took out not only my class but the overall title as well
I am in NABBA athletic. I am now training even harder preparing for the nationals in 8 weeks time.
Oh well look forward to hearing from all my fellow Iron brothers and sisters.
