Smile New Guy with some easy questions.

    Hello everyone.
I am 35, who used to be into bodybuilding since I was 19. Now i am in and out of working out due to busy schedule. I havent been feeling well so i went to the drs and had some test run, which i wont list unless they are needed. Im 205lbs 16% bodyfat. I have been having and have alway felt i live in a fog with shitty short term memory, so i had my endo run a few test. Never used AAS or GH. I had Gyno at age 12. Recently, i have noticed no morning wood and cannot perform.
I just got 10 1mg of arimidex for 1 month which i plan to take every 3rd day. Will this help bring E2 down in the mid 30s and will this assist with ED? I have an appt with a Urologist this Thursday. When should i retest, 2 or3 weeks since it takes 1 week to get steady levels?

    Input Welcomed

    My total test is 795 Range 250 - 1100 ng/dl
    Test, Free 175 Range 46 225 pg/ml
    Bioavailable 359.6 110 -575 ng/dl
    sex hormone Binding Glob 20 10 -50 nmol/L

    Albumin, serum 4.5 3.6 - 5.1g/dl

    Estradiol is 74 Range 13-54

Huh, your total test level is great for your age, and so is your free test and SHBG. Retest in 3 weeks or so. Was the arimidex prescribed or did you get it yourself? Make sure to adjust the dosage so you're squarely in the middle of the range when you get your results back.
I've heard losing weight usually helps with problems like estrogen and gyno

Thanks for the awesome Welcome. Guys like you make all of the difference in the world. yes i was prescribed but currently payn out of pocket until the insurance approves it. Its funny, but 2 months ago my estrodial was 42 and he said it was high then and now, its 74 whichs explains the lost of morning wood etc. Is there anyone out there who is familiar with high estrogen with normal natural Testosterone in regards to the mental fog and crappy memory?
What dosage is recommened? i would be happy with a value of E2 of 25-30. I think i might try 1mg 2x a week like Monday and Thursday, any suggestions out there?
    Kind Regards

Thanks BigTrain, I had Gyno at age 12 that was removed. Every Testosterone test i have had, it usually thru the roof, especially Bioavailable Test. I am not interested in boosting Test but to lower Estrogen to see if the brain Fog decreases and energy level increases. Should I do 1/2 2x/week or 1mg 2x/week?

Tommy, what E2 level did you come from? I have a pill splitter, but man that is a small azz pill. Are you on gear or no? I expect my Test to go even higher. Does anyone know if there would be a benefit of having a test of 800 vs 1200?
