I am a newbie
Heya,
I am new to lifting weights, I have been in the Army for the last 17 years and am currently deployed to Afghanistan and figured I would use my year long sentence to bulk up, I want to hit 200lbs of lean muscle mass, currently at 6' 187 lbs and not soo lean. I have been reading as much as I can and made a commitment to trying to get into better shape
