hello ladies and gents of IronMAg
community.Im a newbie to the forum and also a newbie to getting in shape,and thats preety much what i wana do,i partied for two years straight
as soon as i turned 21,and since last year january ive gained about 60lbs.I get
tired real quick nowadays and my body condition is probaly a high 3 out of 10.Ive just read the newbie workout routine and im going to start tomorrow since its 11:38pm here,ive looked for gyms around my area and found one called olympic gym here in gresham oregon,really nice facility.
I just want to add that i'm excited and motivated about the change i will
be doin for myself mentally and physically.I like to see other peoples progress and changed they made,it helps me keep on keeping on,so drop
