    Hi there, Names Vance. Not on here to get flamed, haven't done any of that homework. I actually use herbal magic as my weight loss. Really don't think the pills are a big deal,but they did teach me to eat right. Was 323 pounds, dropped to 200 pounds, was working out, but improperly. Injured myself, lost my eating habits, ballooned back to 249. Rejoined, have lost my weight or some of it, down to 222 right now. Goal is 185. Not sure what my calories are, or my fat in take, nothing like that, so please, don't freak out on me here. Not on here for a ton of advice, at least not at the moment. Just wanted to get access, read the forums, maybe learn new techniques and work outs. Things like that. Want to be proper and not hurt myself when Trying to get in proper shape.

    My buddy has done a lot of reading on here, and told me about this site, just wanted to research some stuff on T Bar Rows.
