Hello to everyone!
I've been checking out this board for a few months and really love it! Thought I would say hello and intro myself. I'm an old timer and yes I am old. Ha. Been into bodybuilding off and on for 20 yrs plus. Still learning, that's something I love about it. I will say that if you do things right there is longevity in this game and you can be in great shape well into your 50's. If there is a fountain of youth bodybuilding is it. I hope we can continue to learn from and encourge each other.
