Ok i have a friend! he's 31 years of age 6'2 in height, 75kg which is around "i think" 167lbs, he has a sporting event coming up in around 10 weeks, he needs to be at 79kg for this event, he can get his hands on, and only on D-bol & winstrol tablets. He has done d-bol before about 1 year ago, over a period of 8 weeks, he started with around 15mg a day with a increase to around 30mg a day on week 3 then started to decrease again on week 6. He didn't get any size gains at all, only gains in strength? At the time his eating wasn't the best and he wasn't taking any proteins. He trains hard but more training goes into the cardio side of things. He now has his eating and protein intake in order. He is thinking about taking the d-bol and winstrol tablets at the same time, over 8 weeks - weeks 1 & 2 = starting 15mg d-bol 30mg winstrol each day with an increase to 40mg d-bol & 50mg winstrol each day for weeks 3,4,5 & 6 then a decrease of the same for weeks 7 & 8, He does have his mind set on taking the tablets! So what is going to work best for him to getting them extra 4kg's, any feed bk would be great!
