im 17 i used to work out almost every day and was at 158 lb but then i stoped working out for 7 months and lost everything! i am currently at 142lb and i want to gain everything back! my friend got me some sus 250 and i was wondering what should i know as a first timer and doing 2 ml every Monday is that bad or should i spread it out mon and thurs? also i work out only monday - friday due to work on weekends thanks let me know guys

+10000. im only 23 and i still have yet to take my first real cycle. im still doin research. u need to do what ^he said and just research as much as you can so when your older you can run somethin when u need it
