    Exclamation please help doing first cycle of sus 250

    im 17 i used to work out almost every day and was at 158 lb but then i stoped working out for 7 months and lost everything! i am currently at 142lb and i want to gain everything back! my friend got me some sus 250 and i was wondering what should i know as a first timer and doing 2 ml every Monday is that bad or should i spread it out mon and thurs? also i work out only monday - friday due to work on weekends thanks let me know guys

    +10000. im only 23 and i still have yet to take my first real cycle. im still doin research. u need to do what ^he said and just research as much as you can so when your older you can run somethin when u need it

    Welcome. 17 is way too young. You can regain your strength the same way you acheived it last time. Read this site and learn. also please post questions in the appropriate forum-this is mainly for introductions.
