Old and New
Hi - I'm new to the world of weight lifting.
I'm 41 years old, 6'2" and 320 pounds. I have been diagnosed with low T - currently doing TRT with my Dr and it has helped me quite a bit - I have more energy and am going to go to the gym. TRT has forced me to learn lots about my body and why it does what it does.
I am using Ripptoe's plan for the first year.
I have arthritis in my hip but have been ignoring the pain and doing squats.
Hopefully I learn new things on this site.
