Hello Everyone
Hello, everyone I would like to introduce myself as Swarren. I joined this site because it looks like a good group of people trying to just better their lives through fitness. I also need to start holding myself accountable for working out and since I am the only one I know that does it on a some what normal bases. I felt it would be nice to have some other people that are like minded.My goals are to be able to do daily actives without any real problems. I would also like to be able to use body weight exercises to better my fitness level. I do have a gym membership and some items at home to help with just about any normal fitness goal. I enjoy using some bands I got for Christmas because I can take them any where and sometime due to work I cant always make it to the gym. As for cardio I cant run due to some major heel pains. so I cycle and swim. I also just got a certification from ISSA to help learn how to better myself since there is so much conflicting information on the internet.
