Hey Jeremy - congrats on going after the "big time". NPC has big politics but its got the big competitors and leads to the IFBB which is the ultimate.
Hard to step into anyone's prep in the final days - all I can tell you is now is when you should be exhausted and excited all at the same time. I'm guessing you're probably starting your carb up at this point so you probably feel better than you've felt the last couple of days. Just keep the confidence & the fun showing in your poses and just BRING IT!
Best of luck & please let us know how it goes this weekend!
Thank you everyone! My final week of prep is going great! I am going to present the best me ever this saturday! Open for some carb load ideas/ I also have some lasix, I have never used it before, so some input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
