Hi I'm 25 started working out in 08 I was a 140 lbs in 05 not a muscle on me by the time I got in the gym in 08 I was 197 lbs fat still no muscles I couldn't bench 120lbs. Now I'm 179lbs 5'10" 10% bf an bench 185 a couple times. Goals are to be 200 to 220 will c when i get around there how big I want to b would like my bf to b around 6-8 % I'm pretty shore I can only get to about 195 naturally but that will take a few years or more bn how I've already gained like 30lbs so far as much as ive researched u can gain about 1 lbs a month natural. I'll be starting a cycle in a month an I'll probly do more than one cycle. So there it is from the newbie
Some real gear would help I've got bunk gear 2 took one cycle 8 wks test e 500 mgs a wk never gained a pound sucked I got the hook up now so no wrys!!!
