Hey everyone, I'm Ty and I'm a community college student. I'm here to learn, which this place will do in spades going from the highly detailed debates I've seen and I'm here to simply get more into the lifestyle.
I like xbox, just got battlefield 3, paintball, good books and really want to become a runner.
My goals are more about fat loss, a bit of muscle, followed by the eventual goal of the marathon. Once that is checked off the life list I will maintain a respectable cardio capacity and switch to Kettle bell/weighted vest/ type workout, but seeing the ripped guys here by that time may shift my thinking.
