New dude!
Just wanted to say hello. New to this site but not the game. Trying to get back in it since some serious injuries last year left me broken and depressed. I'm well on my way though!
I started searching different topics on web searches and most of them led me here so I decided to join. Looks like a great place and I'm excited to start!

Ya it sucks bn injured I was in a car wreck bout a month ago Ive bn out the gym for three wks pulled a muscle in my back I'll be starting back up next wk I'm so ready!!!
