Iv been browsing for an hour and you address everything iv been searching for, brilliantly. I doubt i'll make a thread again as the search bar is my friend and i can already tell that people come here to ask what im asking, on a board thats over ten years old. fantastic, I'm going to have allot of fun on these boards.
Some info: I'v only recently started training, 4-5 month. I go maybe 4 times a week but its sometimes hard to find the motivation, as i smoke bud also (which im trying to stop, hence the fitness) I was a slim/average build, pretty much the same now but the muscle has come through and is gradually getting bigger.
Im kind of stuck at the moment, wondering which direction i should go down - Big,Big muscles or rip what iv got and work on my cardio also for an all round badass body. . . but yeah, thats what i'v joined for, info & direction.
