    starting back up again!!

Back to working out after 6 or 7 years of screwing off.... .Much harder to get into shape at 42 than 32. Typical workouts are in basement, Insanity Cardio work outs, running on tread mill and outside, lot of core work and some dumbell exercises/pullups as well. Last week I did minimum hour work outs and dieted pretty good, went from 217 to 212 (6ft). Want to get down to 200 by end of Jan. around 12% bf or so. And then I should be in shape to start seriously training.
Dose Halo Extreme really work well? How far off from the real stuff is it?

    Wister.
