I'll start by saying I've only recently begun hitting the gym after over a decade on inactivity due to work and an unfortunate period of opiate addiction. I was, once apon a time training at an semi-elite level but my training was that of a boxer (welterweight) not a bodybuilder so I'm learning as I go and look forward to learning how to sculpt a powerful and cut physique from you guys. I've begun training and have joined a good gym but so far it's been gut busting jogging and cardio that I've been focusing on as I've aquired quite a gut over the last few years and woould like to rid myself of it before I embark on building muscle. Well that's about it, I look forward to spending my time here learning from and if possible contributing to the site. I'm 175cm and 90kg (5'8/198lbs) which is way too heavy and I'm stripping the fat away pretty quickly actually. I've never done roids (as they are so f*cking hard to find in Oz) but I'm currently running ghrp-2 (100mcg) and cjc-1295 (75mcg) 3 times a day as I only have a couple of hundred IU of GH left and incase you aren't aware I'm really, really lucky to have been able to obtain GH in Australia at all so I'm not taking it for granted. I'm starting IGF-1 LR3 tomorrow but aren't sure of the best dose for myself (I'm using it sub-q as I'm sh#t scared of any pins bigger than 29 guage and wouldn't be able to inject it into my muscles, just beyond my ability really) so if anybody here has used IGF-1 LR3 sub-q with good results I'd love to hear from you. Well that's my story, nice to meet you all.
