im 27, good genes. 6'3 235 (been slacking at the gym as of late. Sick and tired of putting soooo much effort into the gym and not coming close to the results u guys get.. Im going to post a few times around different boards. Im 100% inexperienced with this stuff, so any suggestions would be great in regards to> reviews of products for a guy like me (dont want to bulk TOO much, lose a few lbs of fat,. nothing to do w dht stuff.. im worried about my hairline. aromtization, or whatever bitch tits is, is fine as long as i get nolva.. right?? and mid to low toxins on my liver.
Welcome. I'm tall like you. If you are having trouble gaining add more food. Maybe add a red meat meal a day. If your tall it's all about meat and potatoes.
