I am 38, 5.10 and 19.5 stone. This is getting me down but i have started walking and ready to hit the gym on Monday.
Can you please advise me the best way to loose weight and to get into shape before it gets to late. I have trained at a gym before so i am well aware of my surroundings but i just need advise ie, suppliments, exercise, weights, food cardio ect.
