    Newbe, need help from the Pros.

    Newbe, Thanks to all for your posts and education, need some advise, I'm 41, 5-10 200lbs, body fat % not sure of yet, will know soon but lets say "not good". Going to get back into gear and I need to learn all over, learn to eat, learn to train, learn to cook ect. I have sust, d-bol, well I have access to whatever I need/want. I did some sust and d-bol years ago but i was not 41. i'm looking to put on "some" size (10-15lbs) and cut, cut, cut!! Not sure of the proper approch to get started. Do I eat lite and work the lbs I have or do I eat 4000cal/day, do I start on the sust-DB or ? I understand TIME, it takes time and I ask your advise, the advise of the Pros. that been where I am so I dont wast Time. Thanks for your time.

    i would hold off on the gear for now until you get back into the swing of things. I think you will see better results with the gear once your body is primed and ready for it. I'd get a good diet going and workout program, pm me if you need help
