Just Saying Hello
Just found this site and I'm excited about getting into it. I'm 36, 6'1", 210lb, about 16% body fat. Not too bad considering that 3 years ago I was a 315lb alcoholic that only ate vegetables if they were attached to a double cheese double meat pizza. Getting the gout and thereby finding a gym saved my life probably. Have been devouring diet/fitness information ever since. Hope Ironmag is the place to be.
