Good Morning from an oldie....
Been lurking for a couple days and can't believe the wealth of knowledge on here !!!! Class act. I'm 48 years old and followed a lot of bodybuilders from the 70's...favorite being Serge Nubret and Bertil Fox.
Did some lifting back then but in the 80s'and early 90's kinda fell away. been lifting fairly steady the last 15 years (when didn't have injuries) and lately had a desire to try some HRT. Unfortunatley, funds are limited with two teens and a daughter that just finished college so I thought this may be a better way to look.
Just not sure
if this is safe and smart........
