Thread: howdy

New to board but not to the sweet pain of iron.
It was brought to my attention, on another board, that my username
may be offensive. In all honesty it never occurred to me the current
word use of "junk" no longer refers to just stuff.
I used my monicker to associate my handle with my email addy as I've
several of them; email addies that is.
So, don't be a baby, it's just my email name.

So, nope, I don't need to know what "drugs" to take.
I'm a supplement minimalist; mega vitamins, collodial minerals, a chondrotin supplement
and a barbell with some weights.

I love the site, tons of articles, easy search engine, and lots of experienced folks that aren't
mean to newbs who screw up their diet.
