Hi from the new guy
Hello, been lurking here for a few months stealing as much info as possible and thought it was time to actually sign up! Living in Vancouver BC, 51 years young, 5'10" 188 pounds. Did a fair amount of MMA fighting in my younger years (wasn't even called MMA then, it was that long ago!). Turned 50 and deciced to get into the best shape I possibly could, getting a little old for the ring but definitely want to look impressive again and start feeling strong.
Looking forward to all the help you can give!!
