What's up everyone. Not really new to the forum, been looking and bouncing around for awhile, but just joined. Alright not sure what to say so...here's the basic's
mid 30's
6'
195 (depending on the day)
in and out of the gym since a teen. I have Chrons so I've struggled to stay healthy and fit for a long time
recently have really started to focus on nutrition and lifting again
Thats it, looking forward to gaining some knowledge...and muscle
