I am getting back to training after a terrible injury. I am not quite better yet but starting to lift again. Looking for help getting where I need to be, and this seems like a good place to start. Recommendations on a good kind of gear for tendons and secondary muscles welcome.
Eq helps with joints and tendons. Deca is definitely good for joints bro. Maybe u can elaborate on the injury? Hgh is also good for healing. Get to 10 posts and u can pm me bro if u need any help
