    Quietstorm, New but old at the Iron Game

    Hello, I have been reading this board for quite a while and getting information and decided to become a member after almost a year of reading. Very good information and tons of good advice when followed. I am an old hand and have been training since I was about 12 so I have heard and just about done everything in the venture to build muscle. One of the better boards for all types of subjects IMO!!!

    Well, your never to old to learn new things and with all of the information that I have used from this forum, I felt bad about using the forum for information without giving something back. As you know, in this sport there is a lot of bad information being circulated especially to the new person that does not know and has not been around a while to figure things out. I was once one of those newbies that did everything that everyone told me and ended up getting injuries and other problems because of bad information. I am not saying that I am an expert by any means, but I have been around for a little while and can give some good information about what has worked for me as well as what does not work. Anyway, I thank you and all of the others for welcoming me a board!!
