Hey everyone!
Hey everyone! I'm new here and thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Mike and I'm a 34yr old single dad. I've been overweight most of my life
and have finally decided that I'm tired of being fat. So 1 month ago I joined the gym and started weight lifting 5days a week. I also started Intermittent Fasting. I have lost 26lbs this past month. I still have a long way to go, but determined to change my life. So I hope to get some good advice and knowledge
here. Anyway, I wanted to say hi and hopefully meet some new friends.
