Hi yall. new to this forum deal, but being that i've been bodybuilding for the past couple of years, i figured its time to see what others in the same game r up to. pick up some pointers: what TO do what NOT TO do as i go forward. I'm 38 years old, & working out has become a second nature thing to me....started out at 160lbs & 2 1/2 years later i'm at 220 w/ some (not much) body fat. I'm 6' by the way...
