Thread: Introductions

I'm new to gyms but not physical fitness. Long story short....I got out of the Army,almost died,decided to live,then decided to live better than before....and a year later here I am. At this point I've been through all the nagging injuries and diet changes as well as the routine changes and I just want to be around some people that care about it like I do for awhile. I have a great gym but the daytime hours I train usually mean it's just me and the trainer. I'm just going to hang around once in awhile here and read about the latest supps and stare at boobies.

Yes.....once I saw the boobies I registered. It wasn't some thoughtful post you wrote or anything else. I didn't even read one post yet....ha,ha,ha
