Hello
my name is Kyle I joined the forums bc I want to learn more about diet and exercise programs to continue to progress.
I am 26 6'1" 175lbs ~11%BF and have been working out 3 years. Not always weight lifting, I generally train to feel better and be a better athlete.
I would like to add a little more mass to my whole body and fill out my shirts better.
I do sports such as rock climbing whitewater kayaking and mountain biking and moderate weight training.
