Hello people! I have been reading forums from here for quite some time now, and finally decided to join! This seems like a pretty awesome community with a decent bunch of people! A little about myself..... I am fairly new to lifting weights steady and heavy, and really new at forums. I have a lot of questions, and any advice from some of you veterans would be greatly appreciated! We will get into detail in the proper places in these forums, since I have read a few of these and a lot of answers are to post nutrition under proper forum, so I will do...
