Hey there! Interested in losing weight/gaining muscle with Winstrl. Need diet ideas.
Hello, Everyone!
On this forum I am Laughing Bear, which for me is a spiritual thing, not an orientation. Not that it matters.
I used to be pretty active; I took some martial arts, sparred quite a bit, went to school for dance and musical theatre in NY and starved, cuz I had no Munneh. Cash free. Now I'm 41 and have been diagnosed with peripheral poly neuropathy, which basically means that my nerves in my legs and arms aren't conducting electrical signals well, causing numbness. It also means that they are sending extreme pain signals to the rest of my body. I also have to bad areas on my spine; one in my neck and one in my lower back. These have degenerating disks, bone spurs, and nerve pressure.
I am a heavy guy, 6'3", weighing in at 255lbs. I think if I could build more muscle in my lower back and abs as well as lose about 60lbs, my pain would be less and I could function more. I do own a pretty nice Total Gym, which I had used before in my 20's and 30's to get in really good shape, so I know it works and ? it doesn't strain my back.
I am joining this forum because I am pretty sure I can score some vet Winstrol in farm country out here or over the net in Mexico, and I'm already on 400mg of depot testosterone hormone replacement therapy. I know that sounds low, but if the Win has similar effects, that alone might help with a good chunk of my pain. What I need is some good advice for diet; affordable on foodstamps diet, and advice on the best upper body type reps/sets ratios for something like my Total Gym.
I am a writer, going to school for income doing a basic liberal arts degree. I have been a singer songwriter, in a bunch of good to shitty cover bands and couple of original bands, but nothing major. I am working on a piece for my town for why we should get the next Iron Man competition in 2013. I'm not too familliar with the subject, so any websites or input would be great. I can also write term papers for e-cash or other trades; just need some samples of your own writing and all the work will be original and no plagiarism will be used.
Anyway, despite my age and being in the first generation of the Digital Child, I have never really been in a forum like this, so I hope this turns out well.
Thanks for Reading, and I look forward to hearing from you guys and girls.
Welcome, honestly I would advise to stay away from winny, it dries your joints out and hurts. As for strengthening your lower back, try romanian dead lifts but with you discs and bone spurs idk if that would be a good idea. If your wanting to drop a few lbs. and don't have any heart issues try clen and keto, or just clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. And eat a healthy diet.
