New member here, but not new to boards in general. Stumbled upon here and it looks like a pretty active board.About my fitness level, currently 32 and have been actively lifting for 2 years. Before that, I took a 3 year break which totally got me out of shape. Throughout my 20's I've been involved in sports like boxing,basketball and lifting moderately. Though my nutrition wasn't on point as I have a high metabolism. Everything is pretty much clearer so just looking forward to learning new things and probably get some laughs out of here.
