Hello all

Just found this forum and wanted to say hello..

My name is Eric.....I am 5-8 about 170 lbs....
Just had a baby in December and starting working out again....
I have always stayed active and I am not out of shape that much....Except maybe for that gut.....and the arms....Oh and my chest.....etc...etc....

Finished the basement off with a Power Rack from Body Solid along with all of the goodies....Two Benches....Lat Attachment
Preacher, Leg extension..etc..etc... So I have been hitting it pretty good since Jan....

I started out 3 days a week in the beginning.....and now I am up to 5 days a week......And it is working great.....

Here is a sample of my workout.......So you can evaluate my situation... I throw in abs and the smaller muscles every other day.

Mondays : Chest
Tues: Back
Wed: Legs
Thur: Shoulders
Fri: Arms

Of course until now all of my knowledge came from Muscle and Fitness...So I am taking the usual supplements......

Cell-Tech after workout
Nitro Tech after workout and throughout my day...........Approx.. 3 times 120 grams protein
Glutamine - 1000mg - Morning
ZMA Bedtime
HMB threes times a day
BCAA threes times a day
Multivitamin- Antioxidant threes times a day
Hydroxycut threes times a day

Not really sure if I should be taking this
but I do a have a bit of a tummy I am trying to get rid of.....
But I am not sure if it is hurting my ability to put on mass.

I figured some things work for others and some do not.....So figure if I stay with the name brands.....And just try some things out to see if I have results ...that should be ok??

My current Bench press One rep max is 165 lbs..... And I would like to be at 200 or more by Christmas....What are your thoughts?
Is there anything I need to know and should be doing or not doing? Any comments are appreciated.....

Thanx for listening....

Eric
