Hi everybody!
I have been reading forum for about couple weeks and I have learned a lot form you guys!!! Thank you!
I am 30 years old man, my height is 5' 11.25" and weight 176 pounds. I like to play squash and lift some weights In last 8 years I have been so lazy that I stopped doing any physical activities and I found myself hard to carry around and since then I have started eating properly and exercising mostly playing squash and lifting weights 3 times per week! Had to sign up to se Jodi's photos and how she is going to look after preparation time ... hehe and I will for sure ask some questions !Thank you one more time for posts that you make you guys rock and keep me motivated! |
