Talking newbie in NYC w/question on protein bars/shakes

Just joined ... looked like a cool site. Looking for best protein bar (have tried them all) and ran across Tri-O-Plex bars ... Taste pretty good. Any insight on these?

Also, looking for quality protein shake-mix.

Welcome.

As far as bars go, they aren't bad, and are based in oats. Chef Jay did well.
