Hello Everyone!
Hello Everyone!
I accidentally stumbled across this website while slacking at work and playing online (shhhh). I was impressed...you guys really know your stuff! I am a 25 year old female and very intruiged by the fitness world. I have my BAS in Physical Education and studied Athletic Training and Sports Med for 3 years in college. My sis and I were training for the Physique 2003 but unfort we both got sick 3 weeks out of the show and had to pull out. Ever since then I let my oatmeal and egg whites turn into pizza and ice cream and I think I've seen the inside of McDonald's more than I've seen the inside of my gym. I'm also on a BIG, FAT (literally) rebound right now so I won't even scare you w/ my stats! Just got back from Ibiza and ready to motivate again. I have 2 beautiful suits that I want to wear to the Physique next year...but I have a lot of work to do and I'm sure lots of questions will come up so I'll be picking your brains if you'll let me!!!! Thanks!

Good luck with the diet! I was a pizza/ice cream fanatic myself. The last time I had ice cream (1/4 gallon) it made me ill I imagine from the massive insulin spike, frankly I see that as a blessing. Now my cheats are pretty much pizza or a burrito, but the ice cream is going to be pretty much gone at least in those freakish quanities.
