Hello everyone..I just joined the forum today!!! I am 15 and just a month or two ago got really into bodybuilding..I bought myself a weight set and am following a diet I found in the Arnold Scwarzenegger(who happens to be my favorite bodybuilder of all time!!!) A lot of outdated material is still in there, and Arnold's routines are geared more towards high volume, which is okay for some, but typically only a "chemically enhanced" lifter. Arnold has always followed a 6 day per week routine training two time per day.
