My name is Andre, your cousin up north (Canada). I have been working out for 4 years, I am 6 foot 5 and 227 pds, 12 percent bodyfat. I have really made some gains in the past year (changed my diet a bit and all.) Im ready to join the fun and learn and help people out. Take it easy!
