Hello
I've been lurking for a while, good board. Hope to learn alot and meet a few new people.
I've been working out off and on for 20 yrs for sports and such. Decided to get serious and have made good gains. I am training to compete in natural BB shows, recently started my cut again, not sure why... To everyone here...Hello. |

Cutting because I'm sick of the extra fat I've gained. Not sure why though because there are almost zero shows Nov- Mar. Oh well it will be a slow cut.
Leslie, fun? No, but I do seem to masochistically enjoy the discipline. Besides, ripped is better than full house. |

Hi there tcw! [I know you from another board under a different name I use].
Check your pm so you know who it is!
The statue of Liberty no longer reads "Bring us your tired, your hungry, your huddled masses..."
Now she's holding a baseball bat and it reads "Bring It On." |
